Good Move did exactly what they said they would. They marketed my property to investors at a price they set which included the offer they made me plus their profit plus my legal expenses due to their solicitor, a professional photographer and several visits by their representatives to hold the open day and facilitate closing business. They said they would market us for two weeks then if a buyer was found completion would take 6 to 8 weeks. We completed in six weeks, received the full amount of their original below market value offer. We are very happy with the outcome.
