I went through hell trying to sell a less than ideal property I'd inherited when my mum passed away; Good Move were amazing from start to finish. I spoke with an advisor this morning "Max". Our property is large and unusual, however rather than offering a cash purchase of 20% below market value Max adviced me to place it on the Open Market to get the best Price, he talked me through what the current Market is doing and therefore helped me managed my expectations of sales and time scale. I would highly recommend Good move their have a ethical business model.
