I contacted this company this morning to speak about selling 2 properties from our portfolio. I must have received a call back from their worst advisor based on other reviews. Rude and challenging. Asked about the house, I started to described the Semi detached house with garage in question and was told it was terraced, but end of. No I corrected, it is a semi on a corner plot. No I get told again its a terraced house ! as he was looking at it online. His tone was getting bored and mine irritated as its our house. I told him that at a spritely 72 yrs I have bought and sold enough houses to know how each type is described. So he says, lets just get on with this end of terrace house description that he said he was looking at. Maybe the wrong house, because it is also stated on Rightmove as a Semi I told him his company obviously wasn't the one I should work with and he agreed hanging up on me. From the reviews I checked they must be filtered. However, there are more, well endorsed company's of this type online so no need to have this type of experience. UPDATE. 10/5/2021 The manager of the company has contacted me with an apology. There was some sort of mix up on the property being viewed from their end is now my understanding. I have also been given a good will voucher. Their reputation is important to them and it shows in the way they reacted to the review.

I would like to thank Georgia Wood at Good move for being absolutely outstanding during a very stressful purchase of a recent property. She provided great communication and advice throughout. If it was not for Georgia I wouldn't be in my dream future family home and I would of struggled to buy another property in this current situation. After speaking with Max who was extremely helpful I feel much better and clearer about my options. He gave me some really useful advise, was extremely professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use Good Move if my circumstances change.

I found Good Move to be open and honest and they gave me some very good advice on how I should proceed with selling my house, by capitalizing on the market condition and timing where stamp duty is concerned. An altogether good experience.

Good Move were excellent in their communication throughout the process. Staff were friendly and professional at all times. The only disappointment I have is the solicitors (Sutherland and Co) that was assigned to manage our property. Their communication was minimal and at the end of the process, they made the error of transferring the completed funds to the wrong account despite this being shared at the start of the process and reinforced the day of the transfer when advised to do so. We made a complaint straightaway and was fortunately given an explanation by the MD and the issue was dealt within 10 days, though we do question why this error occurred in the first place.
