I found the staff in my case Max, to be very friendly and informative, giving me a clear idea of the full process required to buy my house from me. Any questions were answered fully and clearly and he went above and beyond when it came to looking after me throughout the process.

I found GoodMove gave me excellent advise ,no strings attached,and through their advice I have managed to move forward with our sale.

We recently used GoodMove for moving both from ours to storage and then again out of storage. We also included packing. The whole situation was beyond stressful but i can honestly say that everyone in the goodmove team made things feel so much easier. Max was the most honest person I have dealt with in regards to property this year. In a market where, in my view, estate agents are over valuing properties and giving sellers false hope, developing a climate where properties are sitting on the market, reducing and not selling, he had an exceptional view of the reality of the market. We all want to hear our properties worth a fortune, but when you look at one bedroom flats, which in the midlands aren't selling, a seller cant afford to sell at 2015 prices to buy at 25% + inflated 2015 prices. Until the residential property agent market becomes up to speed like Max, we are all stuck. Fantastic service, the most sensible and realistic and honest property advisor I have spoken to this year.

I am so grateful for the amazing experience I had with Good Move. (despite the extra challenges in Covid circumstances) . I particularly want to thank Georgia for going above and beyond to ensure things get done. She was available throughout, moving things forward and prompt in responding.
