The chain i was in collapsed so I thought I would give this company a call. They very quickly informed me of the way they value a property,it was below the open market value,which is what I was expecting. All through the enquiry they where very upfront,open and honest with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I eventually decided ,with the information and advice,that this company provided ,that it was not the choice that suited me best at the present time. If however I decide in the future to go down this route ,I will definitely use this company.

Spoke to Greg who advised that Good Move do not deal with retirement properties but gave some very useful advice on ways that could improve the marketing of my particular property to obtain a satisfactory sale. Found him to be very honest and his advice was very informative and helpful.

Purchasing a property is a complex and stressful experience. Good Move were quite simply excellent. My representative was a lady called Dalia who was friendly whilst professional and efficient. I was dealing with her remotely due to distance and the pandemic but all of my queries and requests were answered almost immediately and I really felt like she was working hard and chasing up the other parties involved to get the purchase completed. Brilliant service, thank you.

Iv only good to say about the help iv recieved from one stand out person..and her name is georgia..if you step into this company and want somone who talks good old fashioned common sense GEORGIA is your woman,nothing has been an issue to her,when she says she is calling you she DOES..if there is anything at all you are struggling with she is the one..lol yes im biased but only because she is all i say..top help from a top woman i cant praise her enough.!!

I found Goodmove excellent for my house sale despite the difficult times we’re living in at present. Sophie was brilliant at securing viewings and a buyer even with the difficult tenants I had at the time. Without her I think I would have given up. Then onto Dalia, another excellent young lady in Sales Progression. She had her work cut out dealing with the Covid situation along with the tenants and a (sometimes) very stressed me. But we got there, everything took longer than we anticipated and hoped but completion done. A mention about Robert too, an excellent chap who dealt with the viewings and came to me at home to get all the documents signed on a Saturday lunchtime.
