landlordStation did a backgroud and went back 15 years . Instead of the normal 7 years. this is not right. and unprofessional. we need to have someone govern their process. This practice of going back 15 years is not right.

I gave landlord station a name and email. Instructions to Bill tenant I got results back in a couple days! So easy! Now I am assuming it’s accurate! Yes this saves me anxiety and grief of trying to get client info!

This was my first experience and I’m very happy with the way everything went. It was straightforward and fast. I’ve struggled in the past with picking tenants. I feel much more confident with LandlordStation.

Do not care for the user interface much. The site seems outdated and has a basic user experience. The tenant reports are also very basic and don't provide enough information.

Professional Product and Easy to Use

It would be helpful if the system allowed for messages to be sent outside of needing to send a maintenance request. Applications that allow for drop downs would be great. It’s not the most user friendly, and the dashboard could use an update appearance wise. It would be great if sign documents could be customizable instead of just allowing for one signature at the end of the document.
