I like the easy screening process, the only recommendation is to have an option the tenant to pay for the screening at time of completion instead of the landlord. It will streamline the process for out of state applications.

No complaints. I found what I was looking for - a credit, tenant history and criminal background check which happened quickly. Of course I have no way of knowing whether or how thoroughly these checks were actually performed.

Very simple to do. No need to put a sign in the yard, we were overwhelmed with applicants and closed it down the next morning.
