Great way to screen prospective tenants. Easy and quick to use. Fast results.

I have used landlord station for my tenant background checks since 2010. Initially the service was great and the prices were reasonable. However over the last several years the search prices have increased dramatically compared to other comparable background search companies. I have also noted a trend of late that initial searches come back as "erroneous" with the excuse that the tenant may have a common name, then the search comes back a day later and appears fine with no erroneous records as previously indicated. I'm not sure why this trend seems to occur but something in the checks needs to be addressed.

They are good however I had a situation were a tenant was accepted via landlordstation and the person had a criminal history which did not show up in the report.

This is my first true rental. I registered on Landlord Station to have some support with the application process. I was greeted warmly with a chat opportunity to get my questions answered and relief of reservations. I goofed the first time out of the box with sending a request, but immediately received support from customer service to correct my goof up. I received follow up emails to help me through the process. I certainly would recommend them. Really, I have already recommended Landlord Station to another potential landlord!

Jen Russell in customer service is excellent. I have used the Landlord Station for many years to perform tenant screenings. If I ever have a question or need help with my account, Jen always provides the best service.

Simple website that allows my small management company to set up property, add tenants, run screenings and now add work orders and documents for online signings. I love that it's becoming a one stop shopping place for each tenant!

This site is very easy to use. The turn around time on the tenant screening is usually less than a day. Price is good.

Very helpful in making decisions,

There was no credit report whatsoever and very little information. We learned only that there is some employment history and how much is earned per month, but little else. It was very quick service, but we don't know how helpful it really was. Actually, we don't know why there was no credit history and there was no information for any rental recommendation, which is what we thought we were paying for. Not what we expected from our payment.

Very easy to use.

I only use the tenant background search, no other functions. It works, and is very efficient.
