Having had a dreadful experience with Miele online, I did what I should have done in the first place and shopped local. I can’t fault Stuart Westmoreland. Every part of my dealings with them has been fantastic, from the helpfulness of the store staff, the thought and planning that went into the delivery, and the delivery itself. Three appliances delivered installed and tested and the old ones taken away. No fuss, no mess. Absolutely perfect, and highly recommended

I contacted Stuart Westmoreland on Wednesday afternoon when our rented tv stopped working and soon chose another. On looking up the details later I saw I could purchase it with a £200 discount and requested this on Thursday morning. By 5pm I had the new tv delivered and installed by two very knowledgeable and charming gentleman. I doubt anyone could get a better service than this - thank you.

I bought a new Dyson V10 from Stuart Westmoreland. It was delivered the day after order but turned out to have a manufacturing fault which made it unusable. I emailed the details to StuartWestmoreland and boxed up the faulty item. They sent a new one (which, with my permission, they checked before despatch) which was delivered the next day, and the faulty one was removed that day too. The service could not have been better. P.S. The price was very competitive too.

Was great experience buying new tumble dryer and picking an affordable one and at the same time economical energy efficient. Went for a heated pump one, it is AA rated efficient. A few days after placing our order with Stuart Westmorland for a new dishwasher we had regular calls to confirm the fitting day and time. Sure enough Brian and Russ turned up and replaced old with new. They were both polite and efficient and seemed to be happy in their work. The job was completed quickly, tidily and without fuss. The machine was tested and after a quick rundown of the basics from Brian we had a chance to ask any questions. Very pleased with the whole process from ordering to fitting and would definitely use SW again. If the dishwasher is half as good we will be well happy.

Having purchased a Bosch Dishwasher from Westmoreland in Melton Mowbray. They were very helpful and efficient. They talked me through the workings of the machine and explained everything very clearly. I purchased the Dishwasher and had it delivered and fitted within a very short time. I was very impressed and so pleased to feel that a very good job had been done. I have had no leaks or anything to complain about.

We needed replacements for our fridge and freezer. Very knowledgeable and helpful man in the shop. Delivery was made exactly as arranged and the delivery/installation team were friendly and efficient. 100% recommended.

Had a good demonstration of a couple of sound bars. Worked out which would be the best size for the living room. The Sonos beam gen 2 was as simple as explained. Great sound quality. Voice control makes the product easy to use.
