Stuart Westmoreland (Loughborough) have been brilliant. They tracked down a replacement dishwasher for my disabled daughter. They sent somebody to check the measurements before ordering to make sure it would fit. The dishwasher is being fitted on Saturday. Their attention to detail and keeping us informed has been exceptional. A rare and outstanding experience of customer service and kindness. Thank you

We had our new washing machine delivered this morning and unfortunately it was faulty and failed to work. However after conversations with the fitters Brian and Russ discussing our options we visited the showroom and choose a different model and within 1 hour Brian and Russ had returned and fitted it. I visited the store on 17 August to look for a washing machine. Andrew was very helpful, gave lots of advice. It was delivered on 22 August - could have been sooner but I wasn't free. Sorry I didn't get the names of the two lads who delivered and installed it and took the old one away but they were great. Showed me how to use it and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Great service from Stuart Westmorelands once again. It’s always a tricky time when needing to replace white goods as time is usually of the essence. Advice and clear explanations are paramount, this I received. Within the week I’ve had a new washing machine installed and my old one taken away. Fantastic! We ordered our new dishwasher with SW and their customer service was second to none - from point of sale to fitting.
