As other reviewers I was a little bit wary as the Joseph Joseph items ordered were cheaper than anyone else. Don't worry, great price, fast delivery. Constant updates by email. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Ordered of Friday and received a Bosch cordless vacuum on Monday. Just managed to get it before the big price rise with all suppliers. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it.

I've used Westmorelands over a number of decades (sadly true!) and always found them to trade on expert advice and good customer service. I'd say they are now more price competitive than in years gone by and this was certainly the case for my most recent purchase - a washing machine. With the old one broken I was looking at another week with JL, but a call to Graham (Melton) and 20 minute visit I had a replacement booked for delivery the following day (on a bank holiday weekend) for a great price. An efficient, courteous delivery service and they even took an extra appliance away in the standard fee. Happy customer.

The two Westmoreland employees were punctual, very efficient and explained everything very well. We have always had good service from Westmoreland.

Had not heard of them before and price was great so thought this is too good to be true, but no it wasn't, exceeded all my expectations, great product and quick delivery, will use again and would recommend (purchase KRUPS coffee machine circa £600).

I was wary to start with, but the price was well below anyone else. Decided by paying by credit card I would be covered if anything went wrong. I had no need to worry the bean to cup coffee machine arrived on time and is perfect. Will definitely be the first place I check the next time I need an electrical item. I would have given 5, but as coffee machines tend to have a short life span, (I seem to replace every 2 years), I am concerned their after sales service may not be good - reading other reviews.

I've use the SW branch at Melton Mowbray for many years and find them always to be both competitive and trustworthy. Their installation staff are knowledgeable and efficient. They have my vote for future domestic appliance replacements.

I was just about to buy a couple of pieces of Le creuset from a large high street chain, they had a price match on however, I checked the prices on the web and found both items much cheaper and in stock at Stuart Westmoreland - I thought there must be a catch but thought it worth the risk - no catch, first class service, items were delivered before expected and in first class condition - I'm delighted with Stuart Westmoreland!

Great service! We bought a Bosch tumble dryer recently from Stuart Westmoreland and are entirely satisfied. We asked the guys to come in and help us relocate our washing machine and install our new tumble dryer and they couldn't have been more helpful. On placing our order we got a follow up call within 15 minutes. I was amazed. What good service that somebody wants to speak to you. My order was prior to Christmas the post was going to be all over the place. I then got a call to say when my order was on its way and what day to expect it. .
