Frequent 'drop down' pages obscure the page I wish to read. e.g. the navigation drop down page is on top of the detail page and won't go away. Information wasn't accurate/up to date. The Roberts DAB radio I was interested in was listed as ex-display model and could not be ordered on-line. But they had several still boxed. And mail order could only be done on-line (after I phoned and the website was updated). Then the on-line ordering was confusing - had my order been accepted?, the screen copy print was obscured by the drop down page, etc. However, after the order was accepted I quickly received an email acknowledgement (good) and the product was received within 24hrs - brilliant. I might add that I am very pleased with the Roberts DAB radio and the price. Really worth persisting despite the website frustrations. Tony Caporn

United Kingdom | 11 October 2018I couldn’t wait any longer for delivery so I cancelled my order, I’m still waiting for a refund! Presumably because they don’t have any funds in their PayPal account! Response to reply; Yes there is something else that you can help me with .. REFUND my money and don’t just hang on to it as long as you can! How about refunding me the interest that you earn from all the other people that you do this to? And I will donate it to charity! It is also interesting to see that your good reviews are from people that have only EVER left 1 or 2 reviews!!!! How Strange!

If they make a promise they keep it. Every delivery I have had has been on time. That is rare and sets Westmorelands apart from national chains. It is nice to speak with a real person, who knows what they are doing rather than a chatbot or a group email inbox. I would recommend Stuart Westmoreland very highly indeed. Kevin from Melton.

United Kingdom | 29 September 2018Brian and Jack, who delivered and installed our Miele fridge/freezer were absolutely fantastic. They were so polite, so helpful, explain and demonstrated how everything worked and removed all of the rubbish. We will definitely use Stuart Westmoreland again.

United Kingdom | 26 September 2018Our cooker that we bought from Stuart Westmoreland only two years ago developed a fault and after getting nowhere with the manufacturer’s guarantee service, we informed Stuart Westmoreland, who immediately took up our case, contacting the manufacturer themselves. Within just a day, I received a phone call from the makers, offering us a brand new cooker with a further 3 year’s guarantee I have to say, you don’t get customer service like that very often these days, most retailers, having sold you an item will just advise you to contact the manufacturer and won’t want anything to do with it. Stuart Westmoreland are a Company worth dealing with, will definately be using them again!

I called in the other day with a remote control which was not working, they could not have been more pleasant and helpful - and quickly fixed the problem... the cost? £2.00! I will certainly be returning, and recommend them 100%.
