United Kingdom | 26 February 2025Last Autumn I went fibre but unfortunately my broadband supplier dropped my phone service! I did a bit of searching for a VOIP alternative and, as it turned out, I decided to give Phonely a try. I started with the most basic system, my very old analogue phone and the Yeolink adaptor, I had a few minor problems with this and contacted support what a delight this was. They responded to my email the same day with advice and were vert friendly and patient on the phone. After a couple pf months I bought a VOIP benefit of the system. This is the best customer service I have ever had! Thanks to Zoe, Katie, Laura and George (Who got the whole job sorted by telling me to unplug the base station, count to 30 then fire it up again!) I highly recommend this team.

She went through step by step with me as my phone wasn't working. It turned out that I had it plugged into the wall and not in the adapter which I didn't realise.

I would like to give Martin a special mention as he was very helpful and patient when I made my initial contact. Also Katie for her excellent help and always getting back to me whenever I had a query. My only disappointment is the fact that I can't download the Phonely app. My mobile is using Android 11 and apparently the app is for Android 12 and above. Apart from that, all is working well. Thank you Phonely.

Laura provided me with a new number which connected straight away I plugged in my adaptor. She was helpful cheerful and knowledgeable. Likewise Mark who I initially spoke to when wishing to transfer my line to Phonely. Great service from the company and would definitely recommend.
