After weeks of trying to port our house number after we had moved house, and thinking I had lost it, I tried Phonely. These folks went above and beyond. Given that I live with my nearly 88-year-old widowed father, who suffers both from hearing problems and a general bewilderment with new technology, it was a great relief to be able to talk to Katie about our Yealink portable handset, lately put out of action by a 'planned outage' from our electricity suppliers, and to discover that there was a simple solution to the problem, which I shall remember for the future if this ever arises again. All this occurred at the end of a day out with a friend of mine, and I'd very much hope that those can continue on an occasional basis for the foreseeable future!

Was so grateful Kate was able to sort my connection problem. Being an 84 year old pensioner with limited modern technology experience she went through the process with me and got me connected. I realised the process was so simple but simple me could not see it. Her cheerful manner and patience will be remembered.

Clear communication, ease of setting up system, Mark was very helpful and answered all my questions. I’ve been looking for a phone only deal for sometime and this one covers all that I need, easy connection, choice of phone number and call screening, plus low cost calls. Brilliant!

Having been without wifi for 48 hrs and had call divert placed on my home number!! Contacted Katie. Understood my problem! read my notes and completed the changeback very quickly! very helpful and cheerful! made me feel wanted as a customer even at 78 years of age!

Over the years I have had telecom companies who do not care and stick to scripts. Mark and Kelly have been 100% helpful. I asked quite a few questions and got straight answers to each one. I needed to set up VoIP to keep my present phone and phone number but using the internet router and not the BT copper wires. Phonely, found on google, did an excellent job. Answered the phone quickly, very helpful and clear, supplied required adapter quickly, arranged porting of my current phone number. It all workrd, A wonderful job by phonely.

UK based (Norwich) based call centre who are prompt and courteous, checking facts with their relevant tech people before giving an answer. Super competitive pricing and even supplied an OAP friendly phone with an SOS lanyard for my mum. The website and dashboard are clear and simple to use. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Other telecoms providers should take note. This is how to do it.

The help I was given by telephone was top class & my advisor (Laura) was very friendly, patient and efficient throughout the entire process. Very helpful, from start to end of set up, so nice dealing with a company that actually cares for their customers. Also you can actually talk to someone on a phone, very rare these days. Katie has been fantastic. Porting our original phone number over from Sky was a breeze, everything is working fine lovely clear line. I would thoroughly recommend Phonely.

Phonely provided a great service, with no fuss, that allowed us to move our existing land line number and migrate to their voice over IP service, so we can disconnect our existing analogue phone service. The process was simple with great support and worked flawlessly. I would recommend them to anyone. In addition they have an app that allows you to ring from your telephone number from anywhere and provides cover when your house has a power failure.
