United Kingdom | 29 June 2024I do not normally write reviews but on this occasion I must break my own rule.I moved into a rural setting last week and due to signal problems with my mobile telephone provider I needed to have an alternative telephone. My daughters recommended using a Phonely package, which I did. Yesterday I received the two Phonely telephones and set them up but they would not connect and needed some help. Due to hearing loss I had to ask my daughter to call the Phonely help desk. She spoke to Laura Thornton and between them they sorted out the problem, which was not at 'my end'. Laura was the epitome friendliness friendly and efficiency. The problem was resolved and now I have a splendid home phone Phonely system. I just cannot praise the service we received. I would not hesitate to recommend all of the Phonely staff. I may add that the quality of sound, very important for my reduced hearing, is just wonderful. Thanks to all the 'team Phonely' Dennis

United Kingdom | 28 June 2024When I first contacted Phonely, they talked me through the procedure very clearly. Katie explained what VOIP was and I went ahead with them, feeling satisfied. I was kept in contact with during the time I was waiting for the BT engineer to put full fibre into my property. When the connection went live, Katie from Phonely rang me to let me know, and to make sure everything was working as it should. Top marks, thank you.

Transferring from one VOIP (voice over internet protocol) service to Phonely's VOIP had some technical problems. Laura and the technical team at Phonely persisted and sorted out the issues. B T it was a pleasure to find PHONELY on my internet search for some one who would supply a phone service. Without having to have their internet provided as part of the deal! They ensured that we kept our number, (which B.T told me that I would lose, even if I stayed with them). And e mailed regularly with updates to keep me informed of progress. Going so far as to contact me, to ensure connection was complete. EVERYONE I have dealt with has been helpful and very POLITE.

United Kingdom | 06 June 2024All we needed was a seamless transfer away from BT for our landline, which is exactly what happened. We are rural and our broadband is supplied by a seperate company. BT are at best useless, costly and a minefield. These people are clear, simple and very helpful. Definitely recommend.
