From my first enquiry until the system was up and running customer services have been totally knowledgable and helpful. I would particularly pick out Katie for a mention. She made sure that my system was working perfectly from the start. The whole procedure including porting my land-line number from Sky went very smoothly. The built in security provided by Phonely gives me confidence that I am less likely to be bothered by scammers. I fully recommend Phonely to be your VOIP service provider.

Really impressed with their customer service and prices and would definitely recommend. George and Laura were a pleasure to deal with.

As their service had proved trouble-free for several years I opted to renew, but set the start date a couple of weeks ahead to see if I could sort out the landline number issue. Losing it was unthinkable! Fortunately after a bit of research Phonely came to my rescue. Making contact by phone or email was simple. Responding to questions rapid, concise and tremendously reassuring. First the kit arrived. Everything fitted together seamlessly. The whole process was completed exactly as scheduled. If you are faced with the prospect of losing your landline number don't hesitate to contact the people at Phonely. Their technology is commendably user friendly.
