My son enjoys his weekly Turito sessions. Teachers have always been patient to answer his questions/concerns. Sudha Rani is a very passionate teacher and is adaptable to my son's learning needs. We would recommend this tutoring platform.

I am a parent of year three student, Turito online tutoring platform . I live in Canberra Australia. I like to thanks Ms Nishi Singh who is a math tutor for my child. My child joined with Turito only 3 months ago. He has been completed 12 classes with Nishi. I have realised my son is improving his math skills much faster than before. I have completely satisfied with her teaching . She is very friendly with student and she knows how to explain difficulties and concepts throughout. I believe my son will do more better with her hard working. I’m appreciate for her great support and dedication. All I can say to her and Turito team thank you very much .

My son Shuvrodip Khastagir is learning coding from Richa. She is an excellent teacher with lot of patience to work with young learner. My son is enjoying her class a lot. Richa has very good knowledge about coding that helps the young learner to develop coding skills

Mrs. Kumudh Singh is a very good teacher. My son did learn advanced material in science which helped him academically and extra curricularly.

I am very much satisfied with the science class taken by Kumud Singh for my son from grade10. She has given her best and he is doing good in Physics and Biology in year 12. I would always recommend Kumud to any of my known friends for their kids to take classes from Turito.

I enrolled my child for two subjects and one subject tutor was not so great . So we decided to take both classes from the same tutor for more than a year. After continuous calls I enrolled for two other subject before going on holiday for a month. They insisted to enroll first and start classes after holidays. Chemistry teacher was good but two other tutors were so irregular and irresponsible. Finally Chemistry teacher also left Turito in middle of the course and we have been chased to attend demo with other tutors . One tutor attended class having a facial massage and she turned on the video mistakenly. Latter she said she can’t hear and disconnected . Everytime one or the other problem . Latter we realised it’s not worth wasting time as multiple demos didn’t add any value . I emailed Turito every time we had issues with the classes and finally I enrolled my child with UK though they are expensive but worth . They have been scheduling classes though my child is not attending Inspite I asked them to cancel and refund . One teacher who was good also left and we have no option to lose the money as my child already attending in person classes in UK. I am checking if any legal action can be taken not to lose £500. Avoid Turito unless you are lucky to get good tutor which is very hard thing otherwise it’s waste of money and time.

Great tutoring program!

Turito elearning is a big Fraud Fraud. Here is my experience. I took 200 classes package and paid $1600 all amount initially, now ofter 50 classes i am trying to contact RM to change the turor as we do not like his teaching on few Maths chapters, no one is responding / answering calls from several days. Not sure whom to contact. I think all my money gone. Please be aware of this . looks its big fraud.

I am very satisfied with the English class experience for my son with his teacher Ms. Gayathri. She makes sure to understand areas of strength and opportunities and work with the kids around them. Also, engages with parents to take feedback from time to time.

Their customer service and relationship managers are not helpful. They don't resolve the issue . Their platform disconnected three times which teaching session was going on and they still charged me. I have sent numerous email, whatsapp messages, calls but no help yet. They create automated tickets and close without any call back. Scammers, we cancelled within the first 30 days after just one class and are still waiting to get our money back. Have raised a ticket and also spoken to the customer relationship manager but no luck.

Our experience with Turito’s ACT test prep program for my son has been exceptional. The coordinator (Mr Srikanth Reddy) and teaching team truly stand out, bringing incredible passion and energy to every step of the journey. The curriculum is impressively well-structured, offering a comprehensive approach that covers all aspects of the test in an engaging and effective manner. We’re deeply thankful for the support and expertise provided by the Turito team.

The sales team randomly calls on mobile every odd hours be it office working hours or even on weekends. Why can't they communicate over email? Who is authorizing them to randomly call? I have told them I am not interested and blocked the number , still they are calling randomly from different numbers.

The training and demo guidance has been useful all the way. I didn't even realize that I have completed 2 years here as an english tutor. This is my family. Management, different teams, students and parents have given me fame,support and trust that I needed. No words can express my gratitude.

They change their teachers frequently, tell you lies that the previous teacher has left and then allot you to some poorly rated tutors. Some of their teachers don't even have a working internet connection and they try explaining the contexts via text chat. Horrible service driven by money minded but poorly organised business. And they don't refund your money!

Turito team is unresponsive and not reliable at all. They changed my son’s teacher without notifying us. Now, we need to change the new teacher they have assigned to us without our consultation, they are not answering calls nor responding to emails. Stay away from this tutoring company.
