Turito is one platform for all sorts of tuitions. But on the app it's hard to cancel or reschedule a class. It's very hard to get a good teacher for a subject. Have had good experiences with Maths tutor Mrs Trapti and science teacher Mrs Shaheeda but English has been a complete gamble.

I have received not less then 100 marketing calls from this company despite telling them to stop calling me. I receive like 3-4 calls in a week, all from different people, each one of them apologies and confirms that my name have been taken out from the calling list. But in a couple of days, I receive their call again. I have received calls while I have been running late, in work meetings, teaching my child, and each time I have felt soooo pissed off, because I pick up the call thinking it might be from someone important, and it turns out to be them !! To add to my misery, they call at odd times, sometimes in morning busy hours, sometimes late in evening.

Refund my money. This is has been more than a year now since I cancelled my classes and I haven't received my refund yet. Fraud company. Worst service ever. Don't register for classes with these folks. Tutoring is not at all helpful for my kid.

I am truly pleased with the services that Turito have provided to my son who has been with Turito for last 2 years now. The teachers, support staff, presentations, recordings, flexibility everything is exceptional. and I would like to convey my thanks and gratitude to Ms. Gurbinder Kaur and Ms. Ahona Das who have provided all support for Mathematics and Physics respectively. I also appreciate Vikrant for his excellent support and coordination as the student relationship manager. All the best Turito👍

Worst ever tutoring, don’t bother about these guys, they are all cheaters and no one responds to your message, there is no count for the classes, paid for 6 months, after 3 months they started asking for the fee to renew. Don’t waste your time and your kids future with Turito. They keep changing the teachers, and much means no consistency. Every dollar that you pay to them is sheer waste of money, additionally you get agony as bonus.

These 5 stars ⭐️ are for our science teacher only but not to Turito company. I would give One star to Turito as the service is horrible once they charge you, Refunds take nearly 6 months, Relationship managers kept on changing, too many phone calls. No one takes initiative to solve problems. It took 5 months for them to sort refund issue by just extending our science lessons to one more year. But our teacher is very knowledgeable, organised and helpful! That’s why we couldn’t quit and stayed with Turito.

We have been using Turito from last one year (since Oct 2022) for my daughter. She is enjoying her Maths classes. Srinidhi madam is explaining all the important topics and she is so helpful. I am seeing the difference in my daughter before and after the Turito. My daughter improved a lot in Maths and she is getting very good marks in school\class tests. Thanks to Srinidhi madam and Turito.

No refund still 125 days after payment. Refund was requested within 30 days as we were not happy with replacement tutor + we didn't need extra lessons. Promised a refund but nothing now for > 100 days. Invoice #— 5399 Invoice Date— Jun 28, 2023 Invoice Amount— £189.86 (GBP) Apart from the above problem - I've generally found customer service helpful and flexible. BUT when it comes to money they never deliver! I've been chasing them for the refund for ages now but have been fobbed off. Was also promised a referral bonus that never materialised - this is a SCAM. The backend platform - especially the auto renewal mess that happens and cancels current sessions - is terrible. Tutors are ok, but they do appear to have a high turnover.

I had been using turito platform since its inception and I got it as I was a Yupp YV customer in 2020, Since then my son had got the best teachers and he his performace is one among the top students in the school. He too is very brilliant and hard-working and with turito to support him I am sure he will come out in flying colours.

Horrible platform. There is always an issue with the turito platform, as it always does not load. Tutors will constantly be trying to work out platform issues. I raised an issue on this and it was never resolved or did they even try to call me to resolve the issues. They make you pay upfront, so they basically get paid regardless of whether the class goes ahead or not.

We have been using Turito for couple of months now for my son. He really enjoys his classes. Teachers are so helpful, dedicated & full ok knowledge. Miss Sudha is my son’s science teacher & she is such a lovely lady. She has lots of patience with kids & dedication towards her classes. Her great attitude & positiveness helps my son to stay focused in the class.
