I would like to suggest having regular parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to stay updated on child's progress and receive feedback.

Considering my feedback Turito has arrange another Demo and the 2nd Tutor is great! She has adjusted the space as per my daughters aptitude and been flexible with the schedule as well. RM also have accommodated our scheduling requests. Thanks you team!

Australia | 05 March 2024Beware - They have a strategy to use best teacher for trial and initial enrolment to take money out of your pocket. Once you purchase the bundle classes, they will give reasons to change the teachers and dilute the quality of classes. Teachers do not go as per the student pace rather tick the boxes designed by Turito . Which does not work in Australian curriculum. Inspite of all issues they are not agreeing to refund the unused classes. Very pushy to purchase 50 class bundle during the initial enrollment. When the quality of coaching detoriates no cancellation or refund . As per policy, refund can be claimed only before 30 days. Their real colors revealed after first 30 days. Please dont waste money on them.

Australia | 04 March 2024Worst experience. Customer service is bad as well as the teachers are not good. Changed a teacher as she was teaching in a very confusing way. The second teacher is very rude and doesn’t explain things properly. She gets impatient very soon. Will not recommend Turito to anyone.

Australia | 27 February 2024Turito is a scam they don’t have teachers. I wrote a review before and now I have decided to take the matter through the legal channel. I request more parents to join me in this battle against Turito. During the enrolment they did told me tha same that any unused classes will be refunded or you can use it for your next year class. I have been chasing with the relationship manager and Turito since 30 days to get the schedule for English and Maths classes. They don’t have teachers Come join me to fight against this type of organisation

I've renewed this month, reflecting my satisfaction with their service over the past year. All three teachers are excellent, and the Turito team, especially the relationship manager 'Dvya,' has been very supportive. Dvya provided a great package for our renewal, covering all three subjects for 210 classes. I'm grateful to be part of such an excellent tutoring platform. United States | 13 February 2024During initial enrollment I was informed that I will get money back for all unused classes, now we need to send several whatsapp messages and calls (hard to get in contact)and after 10 days I get email but they say finance will process keep hearing the same in calls . And on the other hand they autocharge your account without your approval and you will not be able to remove auto charge from turito account as there is no option. Only way to stop it is with the bank to stop payments and raise dispute

United States | 08 February 2024It’s a scam. We spent 1000$ for the session subscription and after 3 lessons we decided to opt out since we were not satisfied with tutor and the platform . As per turito policy I have raised refund before 30 days of the subscription so I should receive refund . From November 2023 I am trying to reach out to the RM or help desk and as per them the refund has been approved and is currently pending disbursal with our Finance department or refund delayed due to festival season in India . Now the help desk stop taking my call or responding my emails from past 1 month. Around January 1st week I get hold of a customer care person and as per him once the RM logs in his shift he will return to call , looks the RM never showed up and I never received any call. They don’t even worth to have 1 star .

United Kingdom | 06 February 2024Did a trial session with a Turito tutor which went well, so we booked and paid for sessions with the same tutor the next day. On the first session, the tutor failed to turn up, when we checked our account all our sessions had been cancelled. We had to contact Turito to find out what happened, the tutor had left Turito the same day we had had our trial session! This is one of many issues we've had with Turito, they are an absolute nightmare company to deal with, highly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Now we are going through the difficulty of trying to get a refund from them, despite many promises nothing has been refunded so we've logged a case with Paypal as that is likely to be the only way to get our money back. I would recommend you seriously think twice before giving your money to Turito, read all the negative experiences on here first and make an informed decision- we wish we had done that first. Edit: 18th February Turito did not respond to my PayPal claim, so unsurprisingly, PayPal upheld my claim and I have refunded my money in full. Just goes to show how poor Turito are that they did not even have the decency to respond to the claim.

Canada | 02 February 2024It is a scam. I paid 500 dollars to then to schedule my classes. But didn't hear back from them after the payment. Tried reaching customer care but no response . I kept on messaging. The person who was contacting me stopped picking my phone. She always called on watsapp. When I called the number from my cellular connection , it was some one else's number. It is a SCAM guys, beware!!!!!!!

United States | 31 January 2024This is a big scam as they never refund the money back if you don't like the classes. Initially they will keep on calling until you signup for the classes and take the payment immediately. I requested for refund in August 2023 and till date (Jan 30th 2024) I haven't received my refund. When asked about the status they do send the same email every time that your " refund has been approved and is currently pending disbursal with our Finance department". They do open ticket everytime I call or chat with them and they do close the very next day stating it is resolved. Not a legit business at all. Don't fall in their trap.
