beware when it comes to refund. i have been ghosted.

I have been struggling to get a refund or even to speak with someone at Turito. You chat with someone at the portal and if lucky someone will call and then that person disappears \ ignores you. They promise quite a lot at the beginning but you are left on your own to deal with tutors who are sub-standard. Tutors don't turn up, Relationship Manager doesn't respond for months. It's a shame that they have turned a noble profession of education into a scam. Beware and stay away from this organisation.

I wish there was a zero or negative rank because that's what #Turito's "#Manan Mangla" deserves. Last year, their salespeople reached out to me and sold me 100 classes. I was hesitant to buy as my son was too young, and I wasn't sure about online classes. Manan Mangla assured me over the phone that we could get a refund anytime if it didn't work out. However, now that I've tried to reach out to them, they claim they will only refund within 30 days. Don't trust these guys!. This guy doesn't even pickup phone now. **Warning:** Do not pay them ahead of time for any classes. They won't deliver quality, and you'll struggle to get your refund processed. Be extremely careful – it's a scam.

I enroled my daughter few months back and never faced any issue with the team Turito. Teachers and admin are very supportive and are flexible about rescheduling the classes. Teachers are polite and hard working. I have just renewed the enrolement and have got a good discount. They offer multiple demo classes until you are satisfied with the teacher. I hope to see Turito growing as we really need affordable tutoring in Australia.

Turito told us they will remove my contact from their database but they continue to call me with different numbers. A scam company. Do not trust them!

Turito has been Great for my child..I have enrolled him for the last 2 years and happy with the progress he is making.. Teacher ,Minakshi Bharti, has been exceptional in her teaching methods. Also the management team has been Great with quick responses. 5 star rating overall

My Kid Manas is enjoying a lot with Science tutor. Tutor is really good in teaching and services from turito are okay , Did not feel any issues till now. The sales academic counsellor named NImisha is really supportive and kind , She helped me a lot in my onboarding.

I had no issues till now with turito. Their teaching are of high standard. Customer service is also very good. They listened to you and solve your problems. Overall I am happy with this service.

Very Good Demo Class and was impressed with the teachers skills and ability to Interact and teach my son. I had a good experience from the perspective of Mathematics. Would recommend others .

The training quality was very substandard. The sales staffs will give a lot of false commitments, dont fall prey to their false commitments and waste your money and time. I spoke to a few parents who had enrolled their children with Turito and none of them continued after the first set of classes. Turito survives with first time enrolls and students don't continue for long. They would also circulate attractive referral bonus scheme but never pay the bonus and would cheat you but stating new terms and conditions.

I would like to mention the tutors like Prathiba( for science) and Syeda( for maths), they really made the difference in my children grades and other tutors, I just started the classes. So I can't comment on them. Sai Kiran always helpful for any adjustment in the class timing or class cancellations and renewal of the classes. Much appreciated and highly recommend for others but some of the Turito members keep on calling for other subjects or referrals which can be reduced or avoided. Overall it's good.

I am satisfied with teacher both Robotics(Nikki Thakrar Sir) and English(Divya Rajesh Madam). My son is improved in grade and interest in subject. I also had good experience with Akshay Sir. He is there to help. But the Rest of the customer service team is horrible. They do not follow the terms and condition on that we are agree to join. Teachers are very helpful along with Akshay sir. But rest of the team is disaster and may spoil the Turito.

Very happy with the tutoring sessions. Akshay(Relationship Manager) is always available and find solutions if needed adjustments with class times. Very affordable prices. English teacher Remya is very dedicated in teaching and giving directions to help my child to learn. Very happy with Maths teacher Nikita. Her class is very interactive and easily understandable for my son. Highly recommended.
