Lecture delivery is good and homework, my daughter showed good improvement in her overall score. Also happy with our RM Vik who is also very responsive whenever needed.

We started English and Math classes for my daughter as per Naplan way. Both the tutors are very good, they used to clear all the doubts and gives good amount of homework. Till date all the sessions are very good, my daughter loves both the classes. Special thanks to Mounika, who helps us to resolve all the queries.

I am sick and tired of this company calling me 4 times in one day and every day. Even I told them I am not happy with them and don’t need their service. Turito get your facts right if someone says they don’t want your service please stop bothering them

Tutors have very poor english accent so my my kids could not understand them. The company wanted to take a large upfront payment. This is a major red flag. They will not refund or provide the service advertised. Told them to unsubscribe numerous times but they keep contacting me for over a year now. Out of frustration, I've decided to submit this review.

Can you clarify where you get the phone numbers for your cold calls? I’ve been called 5 times so far and every time I’ve asked them to take my details off the list!

Pathetic teaching. Absolute no experience, patience and utter waste. After numerous explanations etc....it was basic. Nothing to engage. Technical disaster. Admin tried their best to support but this has been the worst experience for us. Happy that the 4 months are finally over! Last class today !

As mentioned earlier STAY AWAY ! They force you into paying upfront for 2 years, and then they will NEVER refund you if you choose to discontinue. I have been trying to get my money back for 4 months with NO LUCK.

A few years ago, my children attended sessions with Turito, but due to personal reasons, we had to discontinue their participation after a few sessions. Regrettably, since then, I have been consistently receiving promotional calls and unsolicited WhatsApp messages from Turito, despite my repeated requests to have my contact information removed from their database. Each time I have interacted with their sales representatives, I have explicitly asked for my number to be removed from their system, and on every occasion, I was assured that immediate action would be taken. Unfortunately, these assurances have proven to be empty promises, as the unwanted communications persist unabated. This is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who once entrusted Turito with the education of my children, I expect a higher standard of conduct and respect for my preferences. Later I posted a review on Google to express my frustration with this ongoing issue. I received the following response “Our heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Please allow us to know more about your experience to resolve this issue. Kindly write to us at (email D) and share your contact details. Our team will get back to you at the earliest.” Despite reaching out them as suggested, I have not received any response thus far. Moreover, I am still getting many more calls and messages from Turito, further intensifying my annoyance and frustration with this ongoing issue.

Despite multiple reminders and follow-up they constantly show their negligence in fixing the issue. Spent too much of my time talking to them and there is no easy way to call them back, as everything is dealt on whatsapp. Not sure who is responsible to fix the issues and don't know the role of RM here.

Got a call out of nowhere to my personal number. Arranged a demo class online for my 8 year old. There on pestered multiple times to pay the invoice through phone and whatsapp.. the calls continued for 4 days till we paid $100 towards maths class for a month. And once we paid the invoice no response whatsoever. Tried calling thier phone ..tried to reach whatsapp ..no response.

Businesses like Turito.com need to understand that invading customers' privacy for marketing purposes is not only unethical but also damaging to their reputation. I hope Turito.com will address these concerns and implement better data protection practices in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend their services and will look for educational platforms that demonstrate a higher level of professionalism and respect for personal privacy.
