It’s a scam, teacher end the classes early and keeps on canceling the classes. When you request for refund you will never get it.

Hi - For everybody's benefit. This is a scam. Please do not pay them ahead of time for any classes. They will not render the quality and you will not get your refund processed. Be really careful- its a scam.

Update: March-19,2023. I finally received my refund after many many follow ups. ---------- I don't see zero or negative rank otherwise i could have given that. They talk much while getting your money, classes were not going fine. Then told that i can cancel anytime and will get remaining refund. Now I am struggling to get refund back from them from last few months, every time they say next week or next day and nothing happens. Don't fall in their trap, avoid this company.

I came to know about Turito from YuppTV. Yupp Tv tries hard to book you through the first 2 free sessions. We requested about the fee structure of the classes but was told Turito team would let us know about it. A person from Turito team called to confirm my booking for free session. We again requested about the fee structure but they wouldn’t tell us instead only keen to book us for the free session. Even if asked 1000 times they wouldn’t tell us. They still kept sending emails about the booking and links for how to join the free session. They themselves proved how awful they are before even registering with them. Totally hiding and not gained 1% trust of customers. Thank goodness!

What would you call a company which takes money for online classes and does not provide any? What would you call a company which does not refund your money in spite of promising as part of refund policy? What do you call a company whose customer services are merely interested in closing tickets without giving a meaningful resolution? I paid turito £100 for 16 classes and the teacher did not turn up in the first 4 classes and hence I requested a refund. No classes happened out of the 16 promised classes. At the time of joining Turito, their sales team had clearly specified the refund policy:- Refund Policy In case of any issues or discrepancies raised by the parent, the remaining fees will be refunded back to the payment source. As no classes could happen I demanded a refund from Turito as part of ticket nos. 612795 and 626286. I clearly told them that I am not looking to try any other teacher. However they are making me run from piller to post for a £100 refund. So if you are in UK please avoid enrolling into this company as they don't do what they promise and if I have to write this on Trustpilot then you can understand how much delay they have already done to resolve a simple issue. I may not get this money as Turito is not a UK registered company but would ensure that it gets published in BBC. Update April 2023: After sharing this review with Turito customer manager, they came back and refunded the original money in April 2023 after nearly 4 months of chasing so I am revising the rating to two stars as the money was finally paid back but it did cause lot of delay due to Turito incompetencies.

Very flexible teachers and student account manager dyva are always approachable. They respond to query in timely manner.

Turito classes has been good for my kids. Saikiran from admin is always helpful, respectful and responds in a timely manner. Current teachers are good and kids seems to enjoy their class. Overall satisfactory experience.

Turito is trash and bogus. Donot trust them. Their staff is the worst. Customer experience is the worst I have ever encountered. Tutors are all low grade students from India with very very bad english. Dont waste your valuable time. I had bad experiences, please stay away with this fraud company.

All the Turito staff is polite, kind and supportive specially Saikiran Rao. My son’s both English teacher Mounika, and maths teacher Mariyam are excellent with their jobs, they are really helpful with good patience . Thanks Turito 😊

I had great experience with Saikiran., he has done a good job. Miss Kothika is a superb tutor ., loved the Way she takes the child go through with concepts and I admire her hard work.

I joined my 12 years old son at turito for about 4 months in English and Python, this had made a great learning source for my son and also very helpful. The teachers giving their 100% input and very friendly with kids. They are very flexible in rescheduling the classes in case of any urgency. Overall it is a great source. My only suggestion is to increase homework or assignments so that kids can spend sometime after class also. Thanks to the whole team!!

Very poor customers service. With a sweet indian voice they will craete a nightmare for you. ...and they make lots of promises, little they deliver. Dont waste your money. When you pay, please do yourself a favour, check your invoices multiple times. The software autmatically set to have reccurrant payments. So careful. Service is really poor. They are quick to take your money but never to refund the incorrect payment. Fraud!
