I am having very bad experience with Turito. I registered with them for my son for three classes Math, Science and Coding and I paid more than 3000 USD. I cancelled Math and Science classes after few classes and requested for refund as the timing was not working out for me. The refunded only for one subject after 3 months and still did not get my refund for the second subject. Regard to the coding class, they assigned an awesome teacher who took few classes and after that she left. Then they assigned a new teacher and she has not shown up to the last 6 classes out of the eight classes. Every time I call Turito, they promise it will not happen again. Alas, time and again the same issue. Update: Archana (Relationship manager) from Turito got in touch with me and she helped resolve my issues/concerns. Thanks Archana for your immediate attention and resolution for my concerns.

Turito survives helped me to solve a problem on My computer and now I am able to attend the class directly with the link. The customer service and staff are excellent at helping. Now I am so happy and my daughter is attending the maths class at turito.

My son doing the classes with Turito more than year now. Initially it was bit of a hazel with having the meeting new meeting links for each class, but now with Turito portal that issue has been resolved as well. Teachers are good and other Turito team members as well very helpful. Most of the time I will contact Ramakrisha for canceling, reschedule the classes when ever it’s needed and for any other queries, response time is good and address the stuff quickly as well.

My two of kids are studying maths with Turito. The teachers are very knowledgeable and patience. Kids are happy in learning with turito.

I am very happy with the teachers and customer care staff. Even in few instances I had some issues but turito guys are easily approachable and good to resolve my issue immediately. Its very comfortable to approach teachers and helping staff on whatsapp /calls and they are very polite to talk. My daughter is taking maths and english classes with turito and overall my experience is great. 👍

Got to see good teachers and timely schedules. Have to be bit organised while setting up the study material. Roy have answered most of my queries and interacts very well.

My daughter is attending English maths tuition with turito. The team are really friendly and give full attention to my daughter the whole period of class and they will make sure she understands topic completely. Most importantly my daughter enjoys the class and she will be looking forward to classes . She really likes her teachers they are very patient with her.

We have had a good experience with turito so far. Theres some hits or misses when it comes to teachers and timings but whenever we bring an issue up with our relationship manager Pawan Kumar he is ready to help us out

I have enrolled my kids for maths, science and English classes. Very happy with the science teacher she has been very active, giving them homework and explaining everything patiently. Was looking to change the other 2 teachers, we had Mr Vineet who took care of it immediately and gave us a demo with the new teacher.

My kids are taking Turito tuitions since last two years and the experience has been fantastic. Teacher and coordinators are excellent and very easy to switch subjects and teachers based on your requirements.

Turito team is very organised and very accessible. The app is easy to use by kids and they can join the classes themselves by logging into the app. The app has great features like whiteboard etc to make the learning easy for kids. The demos were great and let me pick the right teachers.

My daughter attends Turito classes for Maths and English and she enjoys the 1:1 attention from the teachers. They have a lot of useful resources for homework too. Our current contact person Pawan Kumar is also a great help. Only drawback I could see was the frequent turn over of teachers otherwise happy with their service. Thanks

My kids are taking tuition from Turito teachers as I really like the service of Turito now . Initially We were not happy with English teachers ,so we needed to change two English teachers , maths teacher is excellent . current teachers are doing great job and we can see the improvement in kids class reports . I really appreciate turito customer service always very helpful and approachable.
