Challenging to follow along in class. No syllabus given, text book provide in electronic format only, physical study guide provided. However, studying the material is difficult as there is agenda to follow.

Everything was great, taking intermediate and Advanced soon!

CTS knows how to teach! The classes at CTS are informative, easy to follow along (either in class or live feed). Brian taught the class, he's very knowledgeable and makes the class interesting.

I learned quite a bit at this Course. The Instructor (Mary) was extremely helpful.

It was excellent. It was very engaging and everyone was willing to help each other, everyone was made safe to ask questions. I really enjoyed the course.

I felt like the instructor was very knowledge-able and helpful with questions. The book seemed thorough, but I would have liked a more in-depth instruction. A lot of the exercises we did were not done in relation to real-life circumstances. It would have been more helpful if it had followed the book more in format with describing what we want to do, then instructing us how to do it. Instead they mostly showed us how to do a variety of things without giving us a great understanding of why we might want to utilize them for ourselves.

Class was awesome and the instructor Angela was so professional, nice and positive that she always kept it interesting for the class of four. Personalized learning at its best! Highly recommend CTS.

Angela Was great again. Kept course interesting and Fun all at the same time.

The class was informative and a welcome 1st step to Quick Books. However, the first hour and a half was spent introducing ourselves and learning how to set up a new Company with the software. I’m at a company that is already using Quick Books, therefore the first 1.5 hours were a waste of time. We didn’t get through the entire outline because I felt there was too much talking with regards to examples. I felt some examples could have been edited for the sake of time. This would have allowed our class to cover the entire outline. I do like that I can retake the class within the first 6 months. I plan on retaking at a different location in hopes that the entire outline is covered.

I enjoyed Karen's MS Project class very much. She is knowledgable, pleasant, and provided a lot of insight to the subject matter.

I registered and completed Excel 1-2 and 3. All the instructors were very skilled and passionate while teaching. At times, in Excel-3 the instructor moved a little fast, but I just asked questions to balance the pace. Overall, the classes were great and I have my training manuals to reference if I have any questions. I would have liked to receive practice tutorials from all three classes to work on at home.
