Sandy is a great teacher. She kept people in track even when they didn’t ask-she’s just that observant and obviously cares about her job.

They all were are wonderful instructor's. Before they began the session, they asked each individual why they were taking the class, so they could make sure everyone are comes in the wright place or not and no problem will came while session.

Highly recommended all the way around, teachers are really caring, experienced and well prepared. The facilities are top notch and the admin staff is great. I researched quite a few schools in the area before signing up with this one and I am glad I did!

The CTS training is general is very good. I have taken several certification prep classes( AWS CP, Agile SCRUM, ITIL, LEAN Six Sigma) there. All were excellent and prepared me very well for the certification exams. The CISSP class with Lamont Robertson is exceptional! I feel strong for the exam after Lamont's class.

The training system used is one in which the student must be self motivated and follow up on their own. The classes are detailed and help is available via email or telephone but are geared towards the student being somewhat familiar with the subject.

Sandy was easy to relate to, you didn't feel uncomfortable, If you made a mistake or got on the wrong screen, she was there to help and bring you up to speed. The experiences on the various features, gave you more confidence, mistakes can be corrected.

Bob Van Dame was terrific. Very nice very thorough he's a pleasure to be in class with.

The class was good, especially if you were vocal and proactive about your questions. The instructor was good at teaching aspects of video editing that were not in the text book and at putting new skills into context. However, it was concerning that there weren't enough text books for all of the students, which had a disk with all of the files we were working with in the class. Luckily, the instructor provided a website where we could download the files, but it wasn't really clear how those without books would be receiving them after the class.
