Service in store was good very helpful done everything to get the sale. Problems started on delivery and agreed outcomes on instillation. Store promised the world delivery man told us wasn't part of their job. Washer/dryer I wanted is now I'm told to heavy to wall mount even though I was told it was fine to mount. Dishwasher I bought is now sitting wrapped in the middle of the kitchen as it's not a part of their job description thank you R&R first time I have used you in over 20 years and I couldn't remember why.

Staff very friendly, professional and informative. Answered all my questions and were very helpful. Very happy with products and service received and would definitely recommend to friends and family :)

Well. I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful lady from behind the counter and she also did the paper work. She was fantastic, easy to talk to and explained things to me as many tims as I needed for it to sink in. The shop even stayed open for another half hour than they should have because I come from another state. Absolutely wonderful people, pleasant happy staff. Thank you.......wonderful experience.....🤓

Good machine, very happy with the wash. My only reservation with it is that not all the lint is caught in the lint collector therefore it ends up on the clothes. My dark items need to be brushed with the clothes brush, otherwise I really do like it.
