i rented a 60 inch tv and a soundbar to go but changed my mind and wanted to up scale to a bit more dearer one and the guy was RUDE AND VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL I got what i wanted and now i bought another large tv but not at that store he has done it with me should be taught retail again the next time i went into the store he blatenly ignored me lucky i didnt complain then but his loss i WONT buy from him EVER AGAIN thanks Micheal from prospect cheers!

I was happy with the Service, however there were a few minor hiccups , that were resolved. I do feel that installation of large furniture items (bedroom suite), should be done by Delivery Persons. In the best interest mainly for the older or perhaps disabled persons. I found it extremely hard to both handle &the unpacking of the hige boxes...I couldn't put bed together, & had to get help.

Excellent customer service by the salesman (Matt) at Parabanks. He has won me back as a customer to Radio Rentals again. He was friendly and helpful, treating me with dignity and respect, not patronising me as other computer salesmen do. Besides selling me what I asked for – ie absolutely fantastic computer products – he also suggested other items while I was there renting-to-buy, for which I’m very grateful, such as a sound bar and an entertainment unit. Regarding the sound bar, I didn't know TV could sound so utterly fantastic. Plus, wanting to ensure next day delivery, he chose an amazing solid entertainment unit that suits my other furniture so well. I’m so absolutely delighted with this beautiful piece of furniture. However, I wasn't as impressed with the delivery men, despite fulfilling next day delivery. Let's just say that in their rush they weren't as helpful as they could've been (thus I told them to leave me to do it at my own pace, without the stress, despite a bad back), they criticised the entertainment unit (re size for where it needed to go, but it fits more than suitably for me), and they didn't completely unbox one product, necessitating me phoning them to retrieve a part left in the box and when it was returned to me, it came with the instructions and set-up disc they'd also left in the box. Again, I'm incredibly happy with the salesmanship at Radio Rentals, Parabanks - more than I've been in ages anywhere else. I’ll now be returning as a Radio Rentals customer for future products, I'm so impressed. Thanks!
