Australia | 16 October 2017After recieving the goods from tge store which our family are very happy with just a few things happened that were not supposed to. Firstly our direct debit was set up and tge way it ran for abiut 2 months we were always a week behind because of the day it was processed we were told the direct debit was tailored to your needs nut it wasn't and apparently they take all debits on the same day but ours was set up on a different day that got fixed. Secondly they told us that we would have so many weeks or monthd free but that didnt happen until i told the store and then that got fixed its like tge store made the offer but it wasn't told to the head office hopefully that has been fixed have to wait and see

Australia | 16 October 2017I found they were too pushy not allowing any time to think about it. They just went gung ho and started drawing up contracts even after I told that I had to measure up first. They said "that's ok measure up and if it doesn't fit just let us know and we'll look at something else", even though I might not have been interested in something else. When I finally made the decision to go ahead it took a very long time to get it all organized and it took an especially long time to pack up a computer to take with me. Once I had the furniture at home I found that it was poor quality and when I called Radio Rentals to ask to replace one of the dining room chairs, their response was "you need to call the warehouse we don't deal with it once we've sold it". After care service "Zero". Sorry wouldn't recommend it.

I have a current account which I have made more than required payments and paid another item off last Friday when I was advised no issue if I want to add anything to my account can do no issue. Went in store on Sunday to add an item which should have taken 10 to 15 minutes max. Instead I was there over an hour as had to get approval to add to my account and had to go through FULL credit check AGAIN. Not happy with this and almost told them to forget it. Please if you have a VIP customer who is in advance with payments don't put them through the wringer when they have paid off completely several items (only 2 were left) and want to add ONE more (ended up one major and one minor item).

Australia | 26 September 2017Considering I am a VIP customer and am constantly being encouraged to spend more money with radio rentals, I was very annoyed at being quizzed about"my share" of ALL my expenses in order to use the interest free option. I have no complaints about the staff member I dealt with, she was very helpful and apologetic about the requirement to provide all those details. Unfortunately our situation was that we needed the items asap so I went away and transferred money from my savings so that I could pay cash. I would think that our forty year record of being "VIP" customers should speak for itself, also the fact that because of the prevailing deterioration in respect of marriages today,it is assumed that we need to be treated separately in case we split up! It seems that a couple who have demonstrated stability and integrity in their marriage are treated as odd because they share everything without classifying things as "yours and mine".

While shopping in our store there is never a day where you don't get a friendly smile from a lovely lady named Kerrie who works there. With in seconds of being in the store she is always one of the first staff members to say hello to me. The other week i went in and she helped me with purchasing a Apple Mac on rental, she was a great help with explaining everything right down to the fine detail and making sure i left your store more than satisfied. All of your staff at our local Radio Rentals are wonderful but Kerrie is the one who stands out from the rest in my eyes and is the first person i will go to.
