ithout going into the boring details, I have experience the same problems with Telitec that others have detailed. I used to be a big fan. Not anymore. Go to another company - it can't be worse than Telitec.

Don't go near Telitec avoid like the plague. Telitec used to be the best of the best, the cream of the crop, but after being taken over by AVATEL. Telitec has become the worst of the worst, the dregs in the bottom. After near twenty years of being a customer we have departed to another provider that answers the phone when we call, that follows up customer concerns and has proved to be substantially less expensive. When we gave Telitec notice of our termination of contact, after twenty years of being a customer. The tragic thing is that nobody asked why. Don't go near Telitec avoid like the plague.

We are simply trying to cancel the service as we have moved away from area. For some reason, cancellation is complicated and involves digital signatures coupled with a FRONT ID or a BACK ID or a BANK RECEIPT, we appear to not have ANY of these three things. We have been ringing Telitec for the last 3 weeks and have got NOWHERE as nobody picks up. Looks like I better drive for 2 hours and yell at someone in their Moraira office. What says you Telitec?, for a communication company, you sure are poor at communicating. What a shower! 1 star, if stars are all you care about.

Ten eerste de telefoon opnemen of bandje dat het druk is of gesloten maar niets laten weten slaat nergens op. Wordt ook niet terug gebeld. Ten tweede zou het prettig zijn als er iemand opneemt met verstand van zaken. Ik ben afhankelijk voor mijn werk van internet en dan de telefoon niet beantwoorden, adsurd. Ooit was het een fijn bedrijf, zal het nu niet meer aanraden.

Mas de 3 semanas que no tenemos sevicio desde 18. 30 horas hasta 09.00 horas el siguiente dia. El problema es el servidor principal.

What has happened to Telitec, who were previously service minded. For the fourth time since last spring, we have no internet. This time it has been gone for almost a week!!! Telitec does not answer when you call them. When you email them, they say that a technician should contact us, but NO, nothing happens. Never choose this company. / Maritha in Monte Pego

A truly shocking company that I would highly recommend people to avoid like you would the plague. Since November 2023 they have been unreliable and I have complained bitterly about it. I am in the process of getting another provider. Since the take over they have been terrible, especially in the Pego area. They are a disgrace.

We've been out of internet for more than 24 hours, they have changed something in the system and admitted it's a problem on their end. The problem should be solved in 5 BUSINESS DAYS!! We are paying a lot of money now working on our mobile data. Very bad customer service, can't recomment them and currently looking for a different internet provider.

Very poor technical service when something goes wrong and it is not brilliant when it is working. They were never brilliant but since the takeover it has got even worse. Only communicate when they want money! I advise you to look elsewhere

Prior to its take over by another "customers don't matter Spanish conglomerate' Telitec was a worthy five star. I was with them for over eight years with excellent service and only lasted three months after the take-over. So sad that these efficient caring companies get soaked up by 'customers come second' companies and they just don't learn - unlike the rest of EU, In Spain, the bigger they are the the worse they are

Je cherchais une connexion fiable, rapide pour teletravailler. Je me suis renseignée autour de moi et ai contacté les différents fournisseurs. C'est Telitec qui m'a proposé la meilleure offre fibre pour la puissance (1000/1000) et le prix. De plus j'ai eu des échanges très réactifs et constructifs avec Holly (merci Holly !), en français, en anglais aussi. L'installation a été faite très très rapidement et proprement. Internet fonctionne à merveille fluide et rapide dans toute la maison 👍. Un sav efficace également, une question = la réponse dans l'heure. Bravo Telitec ! je suis ravie et vous recommande !

Very poor service after 10 the download is very slow and am unable to watch the ip TV No back up after a number of Emails sent we have had no reply

From my first contact with Holly everything has been first class. The fitters arrived when they was booked to and the guys did a really good clean installation. I had a small problem with my cctv and the technical team sorted in 5 mins. All in all very pleased well done Telitec keep it up.

Absolutely USELESS. I phoned the Telitec offices in Alicante in June 2023 and the phone was NEVER answered. I left a voice message which was NEVER responded to. So I sent e-mails and eventually managed to arrange for Fibre to be installed in my holiday home in Spain. I paid the €25 deposit and asked for installtion on 11th October. A change of curcumstance meant we were due to arrive in Spain earlier than expected so to try to get the installation done a day earlier I tried phoning back on 4th September numerous times to give them plenty of notice. But YET AGAIN the phone was not answered, so YET AGAIN I left a voice message that YET AGAIN, no one responded to. So I e-mailed asking if I could get the installtion done a day earlier but if not could they please confirm that it would be done 11th October. I got a fob off response saying they would install when they could with no date. I needed to confirm an installation date as we are getting Solar Panels installed on 11th october and they need internet access to complete the install. I went to great trouble to explain all of this Telitec and I was promised that they would arrange a fixed installation date on 10th or 11th October and get back to me - but - NO SURPRISE, they did not bother and made up yet more excuses when I contacted them again. The lack of customer service was RIDICULOUS so I cancelled the install - but they kept the €25 deposit to add insult to injury. HOWEVER - the company I have found to do the install instead charge NOTHING to do so, saving me €120 that Telitec wanted AND they have an offer of the first 4 months for €5.90 per month instead of the usual €25.90 which saves me another €80!! Then a final bonus - because we have a holiday home we can "turn off" Fibre when we are back in the UK and pay just €3 per month instead fo €25.90 per month, which Telitec do not offer!! What a RESULT and all thanks to Teleitec being so terrible and useless!

We’ve had a great experience with Telitec so far. First, Julie was really helpful in setting out the package options which were competitively priced and also included free installation - only a 20€ non-returnable admin fee if we couldn’t/didn’t go ahead for any reason. Getting fibre into the house was hard due to the construction but the installation team really persisted and got the cabling in underground, and so it was very neat, and got it all up and running. Finally, I needed technical support to get a couple of extenders set up so I texted the support number and they called me straight back and were really helpful until I got it sorted. So overall, a great experience so far :-).

Professional installation and placed the cable to our requirements - Excellent service. Internet speed is an acceptable 50; I suggest that Marketing should be more realistic with download speeds and not just publicise the maximum download speeds which are in "fairyland".
