Germany | 08 January 2023Cuando hay un problema, estás vendido. 2 veces este año ha habido un problema. Como siempre fue "fuera de horas de oficina", el problema fue ignorado olímpicamente hasta la mañana laborable siguiente. Lo que significa que, si tienes un problema el viernes por la tarde estarás más de 2 días sin conexión. Las 2 veces estuve más de 40 horas sin conexión. Una por el fin de semana, otra porque simplemente, tardaron en ir a resolver el problema donde quiera que ocurriera (un camión había roto una caja en algún sitio). La fecha que pongo es aproximada, no recuerdo exactamente cuándo fue el último caso Si no hay averías, la conexión funciona perfectamente

United Kingdom | 04 January 2023I have been with Telitec for appx 6 months the office staff are excellent and speak perfect English as do the technical team (unlike Telefonica) who were a nightmare to deal with. I was with them for 14years and were constantly putting up their prices rising to 85€ per month and now pay 19€ for basically the same service I can’t praise Telitec enough

Spain | 28 October 2022We recently asked Telitec to install a fibre cable to provide fast internet access. The process was very easy and all the staff at Telitec were very helpful and professional. Normally the installation takes two weeks after signing the contract, but ours was done in two days. The engineers did a great job exactly as I wanted it. We also transferred to the Telitec mobile service and our numbers were changed over in two days. All in all a great service from Telitec and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good telecoms company in the Costa Blanca,

After a number of false starts Telitec pulled out the stops to make sure my fibre was installed before the weekend. The engineer was here to 8.30pm on a Friday night to ensure we had a working internet connection.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2022This company is an utter shambles. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They make appointments that they do not honour, without the courtesy of informing the client that they don’t intend to turn up. They cancel appointments that they have themselves made but fail to inform their own engineers who then turn up unexpectedly. The women on the office telephones are rude, indignant and insulting beyond belief. Their risk assessment policy is beyond a joke and changes at their whim. Their sales team are aggressive to the tone of forceful, and always attempted to speak to my wife rather than to a male. There are plenty of bona-fide companies out there who deserve your custom. Telitec is not one of them.
