Superb Service always received. We have been with Telitec now for almost 6 years in two different houses in the Marina Alta area. We cannot praise them enough for the service, installation and follow up we have had with them. We are in a particularly poor reception area and there is no chance of getting fibre where we live but they have worked with us through the problems and we now have a reliable solid service. It is all too easy to write a poor review and reading some of the ones below you wonder why do people use Telitec, well in our experience they are superb especially during this difficult time. Nothing is too much trouble and I cannot understand some of the reviews that have been given below, it is definitely not the Telitec I know, there is even an anonymous one! How does that help to improve service if indeed there was a problem. Long may they continue and finally they do a lot for the local charities which shows that they do give something back as well, best wishes, Alan Saunders

Terrible. Biggest mistake I made was going with this lousy company. Over charged, when I complained about being charged twice I was shouted at and then ignored. Only after I had to pay a lawyer did they admit their mistake. I am still waiting for my refund. Don’t go with these crooks

Had my internet through Telitec for a few years now and find they will normally sort any problems if not beyond their control. For a couple of years have also had a HITS mobile connection through them. Just had my first problem when I locked myself out of my mobile (wrong pin 3 times!!). Easter weekend and my call was answered straight away and the help desk person looked up a code for me to reconnect no problem. So satisfied customer.

Normally ok..but when there’s an issue. Been without WiFi for four hours now, left two VMs, no response. Hope the fibre is better as this is p*** poor. Normally staff are great but not even a reply??? Assume it’s a wider problem???

we have a telitec internet connection in the Benidorm area and it is the most frustrating experience. The bandwidth we have purchased is supposed to be enough for live tv streaming, and that happens from time to time. But way too often the bandwidth is strangled to a level that is barely enough for the regular protocol hand shaking. I tried to run the ookla speed test before this review (after more than two years of frustration). But the ookla test failed about 10 times due to bandwidth problems....

Well it looks like Telitec doesn't care about Customer Service or providing what you sign up for. I have Internet 1.5mb download and less than 0.1mb upload. Waiting 4 minutes for a page to load reminds me of 25 years ago. Phoned Customer Service within their stated hours and no reply!! If you want Internet do not use Telitec - they will sign you up, take your money and give you - errrrr - heartache.

Telitec is unreliable. Been off again for last 16 hours. Could be off for days because engineers have to go to every clients house, wonder where we are I. The list. It was off last month for 3 days, getting Beyoncé a joke. I have phoned several times and they just fob you off. Choose someone else to provide your internet.

Bad news at Camposol ... again ..!! I am a Telitec user at Camposol near Mazarron and last weekend we had no internet and no apology. It now runs at less than half and sometimes only ten per cent of the speed I am paying for. All they are interested in is selling fiber and it looks as if us lesser mortals will have to survive on what might be left in the pipe after the IPTV users have sucked it all up. Simply not good enough.!

Contacted them today from the UK to request a three months rental of a 4G wireless modem to get a fast internet connection in a villa we are renting soon. They simply were not interested in assisting me unless I took a contract for a year or a ridiculously expensive and exploitative weekly rental at €30 a week! So, let me think, three months costing €360 or £321 in coinage of the realm! Clearly they are intent on cynically raiding the wallets of Brits who need a three month internet connection, presumably assuming that we have no choice. Well, they are wrong on both counts. We would never roll over to be kicked by such opportunistic charlatans and we do have choice. Swiss cable are being very helpful and reasonable. Avoid Telitec like the plague.

If only we had consulted Trustpilot first! We lived in Ireland for 15 years before moving to Spain, and in that 15 years we had less trouble with our internet connection than we had with Telitec in 3 months. The installation engineer was very pleasant and helpful, but there was obviously no communication between the sales department and the engineers. Not all the kit was supplied, the installation had to be done over 2 visits, and a last item of equipment (VOIP box and phone for calls to the UK) which was still missing on the second visit had to be delivered the next day for us to connect ourselves. Our internet connection failed 3 days after the installation. When you ring up, you don't always speak to someone - you have to leave a message instead. Someone usually (but not always) rings back, and they are always polite, but that doesn't help to fix the problem. When the internet went wrong, it took between 2 and 4 days to fix. We ended up having to go to an internet cafe to catch up on our e-mails and our business. We wanted a landline to keep in constant and regular touch with my wife's father who is 91 years old and, despite stressing the importance of a reliable connection, Telitec were incapable of suppliying it. We have now ended our contract - steer well clear of these people, they don't keep their promises.

Called them Monday morning that my fiber cable is broken. Within 48 hours they need send someone to look and then they have 72 hours to repair they told me praid by phone......... when I was with Vodafone I paid 1 euro extra like a company and service within 24 hours............. 5 times they told me to call back........ but I'm still waiting. Very arogant people !!!! Better take an other company!!

I recently paid 20 euros to Telitec via their web site to top up my HIts Mobile phone. The Bank came back straight away and confirmed the transaction. However there has been nothing added to the balance on my phone. Usually the increased balance is announced immediately with a text message to the phone in question, but not this time. Hits confirm that nothing has been added and have instructed me to deal with Telitec direct but they have so far not responded to an email or to several phone calls. I shall post the outcome....if I eventually manage to speak to Telilec. If they explain the problem, apologize and "come good" I shall use them again......otherwise NO!

Their internet service is 3rd world. When I attempt to get support, their focus is on proving that you the customer is wrong.

Having used a few other suppliers during the past 10 years, I signed up with Telitec two years ago. What a breath of fresh air. Their service is second to none, we have the full package, ADSL, telephone, and line rental. Whenever there is a problem, infrequently, their Customer Service, and Technical staff are brilliant. If only all companies in Spain followed their example.

I'm constantly amazed that anyone continues to use this two-bit company. Poor products and appalling customer service - what a combination! Please do yourselves a favour (and save a lot of grey hairs and stress) find another telecoms provider on the Costa Blanca, not this unpleasant shower...
