Spain | 12 April 2021Telitec Moraira just installed 5G wifi to my home. The engineers were polite and helpful and spent time with us discussing the best routing position of the new cable. It's a really neat job and after suffering a 2mB download speed and terrible Telefonica service to the landline for years, we now have a proper connection to the outside world. Really pleased. Thanks Telitec. Definitely 5 stars.

I tried in vain to get a solution from Hewlett Packard and contacted Telitec to see if they had an answer. Within 2 hours their engineer, Martin phoned me, talked me through the steps to take and I am now reconnected with my printer. Well done Martin! Well done Telitec. Gracias!

They are very keen on getting you as a paying customer but when you are hooked on their contract, there is very little sympathy or customer support if your situation changes. After waiting a month for the installation (which was ok) and paying for the installation we had a working internet, but after 6 month into the contract, due to family issues we had to move back to Portugal in the middle of the COVID pandemic. I left my router at the office and told them what happened and asked for the final invoice. Luc from customer support got back in an email and told me he spoke with the administration department and gave me an amount of €36. Then they got back to me and demanded €368 and said I should be happy I didn't have to pay the installation fee of €100 too (which I already had paid at the installation). As this isn't enough, after one more week they sent me another invoice of €399 with an extra month of fibre services even though I don't have a router anymore. Whatever you do, don't go with Telitec, they will suck you dry and are only after your money. There are others on the market with more heart and understanding.

They are good ambassadors for Telitec and were fully respective of the appropriate Covid measures. On top of that, we have a much faster connection 😉. Thank you to everyone involved.

Ireland | 13 December 2020We received an excellent service from Telitec. At the beginning of March, we discovered that BT Espana was no longer going to be supporting our mother’s landline and that we would need to find a new service provider before April. The lockdown was then announced and there was no way of organising a new service provider in time, so we could not start this process properly until the lockdown was lifted in July. Unfortunately, by this stage our mother’s landline had become inactive during lockdown and Telitec was advised by Movistar (Telefonica that was, who own the landline) that an engineer would have to call to her to reactivate it. In the week that this was scheduled to be done (mid-September), Movistar then further advised (7 weeks after we had started the process) that it was no longer its policy to reactivate landlines that had become inactive, so we were now back to exactly where we started 7 weeks earlier. Telitec now quickly sourced for us, a mobile phone that met the specific needs of our mother, with larger text and keys, and also the best mobile phone package suitable for her. I really cannot recommend this company or its staff, highly enough. I was contacted by a lovely lady from Customer Services, Romy, who quite obviously understands the concept of customer service. She rang at 10am in the morning, after I had emailed them late the night before. I was not left waiting around for somebody to call me. If I sent later emails with a query or some information that they had been asked for, she emailed me straight back the next day. If the query warranted a longer conversation – she rang me. I did not have to chase Romy for information, or wait days or weeks for a response. The lady on the Administration team was just as good. Our mother is very happy with her phone, her phone package, and we are very happy with the excellent service that we received from Telitec. Robert.

United Kingdom | 23 September 2020We have been a customer of Telitec since 2008, until the last 2 years we have been very satisfied with their service on Camposol. After a number of internet service issues, we have decided to go to another provider. We have approached Telitec to have a deposit paid in 2008 refunded to us, which the Customer Service’s is refusing to do, this deposit is 150 euros plus IVA. This appears to be a way to avoid their contract obligations.

Spain | 09 August 2020Telitec berechnet höhere Datenraten ab, als sie wirklich anbieten. Ich bezahle für 12MB/s bekomme aber maximal 6MB/s meist jedoch sogar weniger als 1MB/s. Die Techniker von Telitec sagen es geht technisch nicht besser, wobei die Servicetermine immer korrekt eingehalten werden. Statt das Telitec die Rate selbständig nach unten anpasst oder eine technische Lösung bringt, kassieren sie weiterhin die Preise für die hohen Datenraten ab. Das ist keine Kundenorientierung, hier wird der Kunde an der Nase rumgeführt. Tipp: Messen Sie Ihre tatsächliche Datenrate selbst !

We're sending you 10mbps so you must have a big house with thick walls and be too far from the router...... bla bla. Speed is below 3mbps and these days for €30 per month is poor. I signed up for 10 and expected 6 but 3 is u unacceptable.
