Dionne went far and above what was needed in order to keep me updated on a project that had gone wrong at the beginning. The project had a projected delivery date on the reprint of mid august, but she was able to intercede and arrange for it to be delivery 10 days early.

From start to finish this was an exceptional job-helpful beyond any expectations in helping us print our book-organised,suggestive in style and improvement and really competitive in pricing.What a great experience.

I had an issue where I made an error on a split delivery on job 603917. Jen Allen let me know of the issue, and sorted the delivery for me. When I followed up to ensure all going to the correct address, Jen once again, checked the detail and emailed the POD details.. So nice to get great service.
