You sent the covers without the inside pages the first time. But when I received them in a couple of days later they where great.

Michelle was very helpful and friendly, she guided me thought out the process of design, quote, printing and get the best of the product we were getting and she even suggested ways to be part of the sign in process as we will get a discount. we ordered vouchers with sequential number. The artwork gets rejected, fine, happens sometimes as we might miss something. Get told there is no location for numbers or bleed. So we add both. Reupload, same thing happens. Ring customer service, explain we add it. Get told there isn't anything. We send the files to them instead of using the uploaded, they agree that one of the vouchers has the details, but the others don't. The artwork is the same. Multiple people in the company here have checked, we want to make sure that is right. Howevever 1 goes through and we argue that if one is fine, why aren't the others? After an aggressive member of staff shouts down the phone at one of my staff I step in and upload it all myself. Still the same response. Once the voucher arrive that had gone through, we notice the number is wrong, after specifying on their ordering system the number we want to start on, it starts from 0001, rendering these useless. And email goes into the company cancelling the other orders and requesting a refund for the ones that have arrived incorrectly and we hear nothing, usually they reply within a couple of hours.

Great simple and straightforward with clear pricing and delivery options. Quality print too. Would've been a 5 star review if DPD had not fluffed our last delivery so it arrived a day late.

Ordered 2 recycled roller banners and both arrived ripped and really poor quality. Just glad they were not sent to my customer. Badly packed and very flimsy and for single use but didn’t even get used. Sent back the next day and reordered and paid for 2 metal roller Banner that are ok. Am waiting for a refund and sent 3 emails and over 10 days later and I had to complain and basically the customer services person wasn’t doing his job properly and didn’t follow it up and sent to a manager who was on holiday. As a regular customer I shouldn’t have to keep on chasing for a refund.

No problem with the end product, but we had difficulty uploading the file via the WTTB website. Upload stopped at around 10MB and would not continue past that point despite numerous attempts. Told that we could not use WeTransfer or MailBigFile to transfer the file due to a technical issue at WTTB's end. Had to resort to sending by email and then lost a day waiting for the file to be manually uploaded so that we could approve the proof.

Delivery time was good and print quality was reasonable, however the folding was terrible as the edges didn't line up on any of the folded leaflets. I realise WTTB is a budget supplier, but their quality continually lets them down. I've been using them for over 10 years and their quality has seriously declined in the last 3 years. Not sure I will use them for much longer.

This product was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I had some of my product images printed on this. They are sturdy and look great.
