Ordered five A4 sized brushed aluminium signs for a block of flats I manage. Uploaded the artwork Sunday arrived Wednesday. Well packaged and the signs themselves surpassed my expectations. I'm not a professional when it comes to artwork or signage, and I needed some Adobe preparatory software, but customer services were really helpful, helping me navigate the website and explaining how to actually place my order.

Excellent customer service.

1) No care for the logic final look 2) Some of the Team members are not clear of what need to be done and they confuse the customer. Happens twice for me. 3) guiding materials are not as accurate. Again confusion for the customer.

I ordered the wrong product and as such needed to cancel my existing order, and place a new one. Charlotte was friendly and helpful, willing to help me rectify a mistake that was my own doing. On top of that, the print that is supplied is top notch too - just a very efficient company!
