Really good experience. Mistakes happen but I always think that when an error occurs it's how a company deals with it that matters and this was excellent. I was kept fully informed of how and when the issue would be resolved.

Ordered 50 orders of service for a funeral to a design made on Canva, including photographs. Paid the extra £10 to get it checked by the staff. After some consultation on bleed, 72 orders of service were received the day before the funeral. The family and friends were VERY happy with the quality of the order of service.

Dionne really went the extra mile to help us today, nothing was a bother and made sure everything was produced and delivered to spec, on time, infact, a little sooner! A real asset to the team, thank you :)

My gift wrap order was printed onto the wrong paper stock but a reprint was quickly and easily organised, I had the correct order within a couple of days and both orders were actually received before the expected delivery date. Thank you!

When things go wrong (which is rarely) they go above and beyond to sort it out. I ordered some business cards with gold Scodix Foil Colour, I had ordered them a number of times previously without any problems, however this re-print came back with many cards miss registered. Robin, who has excellent communication, kept me updated throughout and arranged a collection and reprint of the cards. Happy designer, happy clients!

So easy - once my product was completed - I added it tot he basket and paid and then its been printed and delivered to the customer! Just getting feedback from this one but the last one was so happy and they were just ready to start planning!
