Awful company! ... After a late delivery and awful customer service, they then bombard you with emails to leave customer reviews! Just shows how one department doesnt know what the other is doing!

Awesome service and excellent delivery

I have been a trade print manager for nearly 30 years and have used all the main online trade printers. Where The Trade Buys is consistantly the best for quality & price. Used to use Route 1 Print a lot but they are far too unreliable with missed deadlines & extremely poor print quality. They are also happy to look at bespoke orders that other won't even consider.

The ordering was easy and a mistake, we made, was rectified easily.

I Always Receive Quick and Perfect Print

I have previously ordered jewellery display cards from WTTB. I have now spent over 2 hours going round in circles trying to re-order. I cannot see a preview of where my logo will be on the card, and cannot move past this to add my business information to the back of the card. Customer services have told me that they are not a design company but I have cards purchased from them that I know I designed on their site. Frustrated beyond words!

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I was shocked by the customer service I recieved. I have had a few issues with this printer that's caused me problems with my business. I got faulty items sent and was told there was nothing they can do about it. I think this is the third time I have had a major issue with this printer. I wouldn't recommend and will not be using them again in the future!

I'm really pleased with the business cards I ordered from WTTB - the quality is excellent, tidy printing and the cardstock has a great texture.
