Paid extra for delivery on a certain date as items were required for a one-off event. Items arrived a day late rendering them pointless and unusable. Waste of time and additional money.

I have been in printing for many years and I can absolutely say that I am really impressed with the speed and quality that WTTB delivers at a very reasonable price. I was sceptical as am always weary about using online services especially in print, but after using WTTB twice in the last few months I have been more than happy with what I have received. We have had a book produced on 5 occasions and every time we receive them the books badly packed and are scuffed. I requested better packaging and got exactly the same result.
