As a graphic designer, I started using this company about six years ago as an anecdote to the cheap commercial printers that never care about the quality of the output, making you look silly in front of your clients. I had to submit my website which they 'vetted' to make sure I was an actual design firm and at the start of our relationship was formed. It was refreshing to have a printing firm that cared. Sadly is seems that as the product offerings have grown the care and quality of the finish have declined. Recently I had brochures reprinted twice due to curling pages and mismatched colours. Granted they fully refunded me and gave me credit. This time I have di-bond aluminium signs, poorly cut, with dings and poor edging. These are for my own use, and certainly not something I'd send to a client, but I won't be using them, they look cheap and nasty. Please get your quality check back up to scratch. You have so much automation, and I should imagine you run 24-hour operations, and it seems there's no care. Us designers have to put your products in front of our clients. You should try and do better or at least have management look at the output and ask 'am I proud to send this out the doors of WTTB'?

I run my own Marketing Business, My clients sometimes need printed materials, WTTB is definitely my go-to platform, always willing to help with difficult quotes, and is always fast, reliable, and has a quick turnaround.

We didn't need to interact anyone as the website was clear and fairly simple. But the product came quickly and was a decent price

Order placed, with correct aw then somehow it changed to something quite different. Contacted Wttb who could not understand the issue, ended up cancelling the order, as instructed, but order was delayed no fault of my own. 3 time we have had issues

Previous experience has been fine but on this occasion it was poor. Ordered a roller banner on Monday, told they couldn’t accept artwork. I called to discuss and was reassured that there was actually no issue. Called again the next day as he (Jordan) was supposed to get back to me and didn’t. Again, totally reassured me it would be sorted. I reiterated that I needed it by the Thursday. Again I heard nothing back. Called again Wednesday to be told by someone different that in fact it couldn’t be sorted and that there was no way of it being printed and delivered to me the next day (even though they offer a next day delivery service). 🤔 Had to go with another company who were brilliant. Now awaiting a refund.
