Shipping charges are high.

They sent the right part out right away but gouged me on the shipping. They charged $12 to send the part USPS 1st class mail for $3.50. The part only cost $12. I wouldn't of been bitter about it if they had sent it USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box for $6.80. Their website was easy to use and the part worked to fix the problem. Would of gave them 5 stars if not for the gouging on the shipping.

Super smooth transaction. After receiving the meter I ordered, I learned that it did not perform all the functions I needed. The customer service team to a fantastic job working with me to exchange the meter for a different one.

I found their site well organized and with detailed explanation of the individual products (drawings, dimensions, application details). The tips had a very favorable price (large discount from retail price). Shipment arrived withing time specified.
