Good products with reliable delivery and great price

I'm really unsure why you are sending me a link to review. I don't even have the item I ordered yet. As far as ordering online, site was fine- as you would expect when you have an online retail store. Other than that, can't rate the company when I have had no dealings with them. I will say that the shipping charge was quite expensive for delivery to be so far out! That's where sites make there money, over charging for shipping and sending it slow boat to China. Not to mention no where in the process did the ordering process say that signature is required for delivery. Now I have to take time off work to have this delivered. You need to make this apparent when a customer is ordering, I would have had it shipped to an address where someone is home all day!

When I placed the order, a date was estimated for delivery. Came to me on the day they said it would, well packed and undamaged. Nice service!

The kit was delivered Saturday as expected. Used it Sunday afternoon to test several capacitors. My lower end meter did not have the functions I needed to figure which ones were good or bad!!! Happy so far with this purchase.

ORP meter has given me insight on how my water feature needs to be modified to maintain water quality. Also have insight into my two ro water systems and how well they work. Meter is a tool that confirms or disputes preconceived ideas.

The item is of good quality but your shipping is ridiculous. $12 dollars to send an item that could of been sent for $2 or less thru the post office
