It was easy to place my order. And I received it promptly.

I received a call (and email) from the seller that my package would arrive on Dec.22. It arrived on Dec. 21, and I was not at home to sign for it, so the package was not left. I went online to see if I could get it delivered to a FedEx store. This was not given as an option. I called FedEx and they said I had to have permission from the seller to be able to pick it up at a FedEx store. I called the seller, but they were closed. I left a message. The package was fortunately delivered early the next morning, so I was at home to sign for it. I think more could have been done to let me know I had to sign, and also given the option to pick it up at a local FedEx store.

The order was completed and shipped in a very timely manner. The only complaint I have; when placing the order I did not get an estimated date of delivery. This would have been very helpful as I needed the item by a certain date. Perhaps you could incorporate this in the future.
