Maybe it's FedEx's issue, but my order was delivered to another address. They have been giving me the run around for one week. You need to change your delivery service. This is the second issue I've had with them. I have to re-order this item, since it was to be a Christmas gift. So I'll be paying twice as much, but I will be paying for the second one through a merchant who does NOT use FedEx.

Still haven't received it and your website said it hasn't been shipped yet.

The ordering process was very nice. The item I ordered was for Christmas shipping was timely.

Test Equipment Depot quickly processed and shipped our order. Unfortunately, the shipper,FedEx/FedEx Home Delivery, was not as efficient. The shipment was initially delayed nearly a week in the FedEx system and then FedEx Home Delivery would not leave the package, even though a signature was not required on delivery. Test Equipment Depot customer service intervened, and after several calls to FedEx, they were able to arrange for the package to be delivered to our door the next day. We are very pleased with the product (a combustible gas detector), the price and the outstanding customer service provided by Test Equipment Depot. Five stars!
