Delivery is crap. Still haven’t got product after 4 attempts

I bought two genuine ink cartridges for my Canon MX375 printer at a good price and they were delivered on time no problems exactly as you wont excellent service

Ordered on 14 April 2020 and money taken, received e-mail stating order had been dispatched. Chased twice and advised they were not currently in stock and would be dispatched in May. Still not received and no courtesy e-mail updating me.

My order arrived really quickly bearing in mind the Coronavirus situation. It was well packaged and in perfect condition. Very good experience.

Outstanding service! I am so impressed with this company. I spent ages trying to find hp 304 ink which seemed to be sold out everywhere! After almost paying double the price on eBay for the ink, I came across Toner Giant who claimed to have it in stock and at a much cheaper price than anywhere else. I ordered not really believing that it would arrive the next day especially during lockdown but 11am the next day it arrived! Thanks so much guys, I will be purchasing all my ink from you in future!

It would be nice to have something elst to moan about other than Covid-19 but I just keep getting the normal good service!
