Fast, efficient, on time.

Toner Giant are great with an offering of top quality laser toner products. Great prices and great service and delivery - can't be faulted. They do have one failure... While they sell own branded laser toner cartridges they proved a link to some company who recycles laser toner cartridges - BUT ONLY BRANDED ONES. How am I to responsibly recycle my empty laser toner cartridges? Very few places accept laser toner cartridges and those that do only recycle branded ones.Come on Toner Giant get your act together on the recycling matter.

Goods have been returned, still waiting for a refund

I ordered 2 ink cartridges which said in stock on website and next day delivery and I received an email to say my order had been processed on the same day. After 2 days nothing had arrived so I emailed and was told my cartridges wouldn't be in stock until end of June ! I need to print school work like many other people and cannot wait so called and asked for a refund which I have been promised. It would be a great help if Toner Giant update their website to show items out of stock.

If you need ink cartridges in a hurry even recycled ones. Put this company on your list of companies to go to. I ordered an original multi-pack yesterday and I got it first thing this morning. I wasn't expecting it to be that quick to be honest with you. So I'm extremely pleased with that. Well done Tonergiant. I do have small suggestion though. I know I bought one multi-pack, but I was quite taken back with the size of the packaging it came in, It was massive. Was it really necessary to put something the size of a tin of baked beans into something the size of a Watermelon 😄. Your carbon footprint is gonna go right out the window. I would buy from you again. Please keep up the good work.

Amazing service all round. The price was cheaper than Amazon and my ink cartridges were ordered and delivered the next day as promised. Fantastic service and I will be recommending your company to friends and family.

much like a car salesman forcing you to commit saying that someone else is interested and if you don't buy now you could loose it, the site here said order within 2 hours to get it by tomorrow... so I did !!. and waited in all day for the delivery. and the next day after which I made contact and told that it will be about 30 days. I totally understand delays due to other more global issues but just don't promise next day on your site. I would have just gone to Tesco's and got the cartridge that was quite urgently needed.

No problem with the delivery in these times, but the 'compatible colour cartridge' will not be recognised by my Canon Mg printer no matter how many times I reinstall....disappointed

First time I have used Toner Giant. Printer cartridges arrived promptly and are working. 10% off next purchase coupon arrived a few days later. Customer care seems good and give the impression they would be eager to resolve any issues if they arose. No problems yet though. Would use again.
