I bought Charlie the Crocodile, it’s come apart at the seam within 15 minutes. Really disappointing as the last one I bought lasted much longer. Also the delivery through DHL was stressful and delayed although this less about the product

Appalling service; no delivery made and no collection service available at supposed pick-up point. Shameful and disgraceful.

I got the bamboo bowls for my cats, they’re much flatter to help prevent whisker fatigue. They seem to be excellent quality and they feel strong, and my cats eat well out of them. One bowl arrived damaged, I emailed customer service with photos and they arranged for one to be sent out as a replacement the same day. Couldn’t fault the customer service!

Our cat is a very messy eater and her previous bamboo bowls eere not doing the job due to their shape (also Beco). Checked out Beco's website and found just what I was looking for so I ordered 4 different colours/patterns. Easy to order and fast delivery to my door. Perfect

I brought the hemp tuggy as a birthday present for my boy, who is very destructive, he has now had it for 3 days and it is still in one piece. (Miracle) Although he has had a good go at shredding it.

Our cockapoo puppy loves the food but why does a Company with sustainable credentials keep sending out free dog toys with our subscription. They are destroyed in minutes. Another one hits the landfill!

Excellent service, arrived on time. Kibble is really small which is what I was looking for and perfect for my almost 15 year old Jack Russell and my 14 year old Shih Tzu. It smells lovely too. And I'm glad I found a brand that uses free range chicken and turkey. Both dogs love it and I will definitely purchase again. Looking forward to trying out your treats next time which I'm sure they will love too. Thank you
