Fast tracked delivery.. I ordered a a bone that you can put food inside my little dog Otis loves this .. Also a toy bird that squeaks he loves this too . And some peanut butter biscuits guess what he also loves these . I highly recommend this company quality dog toys and treats . Lots to choose from

I expected this to be a little softer. When laced with peanut butter it is easily licked off and doesn't make my dog chew. Doesn't give her teeth the workout I expected.

Order was placed on the 20/12/23. This is the second time I’ve been asked to review. I still can’t because it’s the 1/1/24 and my order hasn’t arrived. It is being sent DHL but can’t track the package without downloading an app.

The company ethics and products are first class. This is only surpassed by the level of excellent customer services provided. DHL had misplaced one of my deliveries (I received the other parcel in good, efficient time). As this was around Christmas I was fully prepared to have to wait for the issue to be resolved. However, after sending an email, in less than 36 hours I had a replacement of the missing item, whilst customer services communicated with DHL to locate the missing parcel. Thank you to Huma for super speedy and impeccable customer service at a crazy time of year.

The whale and the narwhal I purchased have been fine - if a little flat. However, I was disappointed that Fernando the Flamingo, being the perfect toy for our Whippet, split its seams within a couple of hours. May I recommend that you have a separate line of 'rough and tough' toys on your website? As I was under the impression the flamingo was, whilst in the same row as the whale, starfish, shark etc. This is the only reason I purchased the flamingo, and now we can't effectively fix the flamingo. My order arrived promptly and the treat bone seems very substantial! My dog hasn’t used it yet as it’s for Christmas so I cannot give a full review. She chews all of her toys quickly but this looks like it will survive!

Decided to switch our dog’s food from a vet-recommended one (for sensitive stomachs as he’s always had issues) and noticed difference immediately on Beco food - won’t give too much detail but dog walks are far more pleasant now and he absolutely loves it. Brilliant product!
