I really love that these toys are ethical and used recycled material and the whole ordering and receiving part was very smooth and professional. I ordered a large Flamingo for my dog and she was super excited to play with it. She did manage to destroy the toy pretty quickly but the lovely people at Beco got back to me right away and offered me a refund or a new toy that would be more suitable. They were so professional, courteous and responsive that I will certainly be buying more doggy gifts from them.

Exceptional Customer Service! I won’t bore you with the details, but there was a query over my order, which was dealt with very efficiently, effectively and in a friendly manner. On top of this the products are great. The Boredom Buster is a great success, and contrary to my concerns the treats do no fall out too easily! He really has to work for them. Brilliant.
