Other than confirmation of order placed on 29 Nov, I have had no further communication other than marketing emails and no tracking details. So it is a bit premature to ask HOW DID WE DO when I haven't yet received the order, BECO responded very quickly and generously arranged a further delivery free of charge. The products are excellent, the best poop bags I have found.

Excellent products which my dog loves. More environmentally sound than other brands and the toys (we get the rough tough toys) are but recycled and last. Our spaniel loves them and I'm always pleased with the products and the service which is efficient, friendly and quick!

I am very pleased with the products I’ve bought from Beco. My spaniel has been known to destroy ‘indestructible’ dog toys in as little as a minute. I bought Orla for his birthday and weeks later they are still playing happily. I am so pleased that I’ve bought all of his Christmas toys from Beco too!
