So I ordered a new toy, orange crab, the coconut wipes and some treats and have to say they are all great, very happy with the purchase. My partner on the other hand has an issue with the squeaker haha, he does love the toy. The chocolate treats smell so good, they all do in fairness. Will definitely be buying more

I have to update my review to tell you about the superb service I have received since sending this review. I was contacted the same day by Becco who requested pictures so they could improve the product and also offered an alternative which I suspect given their quality service is probably on it's way to me now. Therefore I have updated from one star to 5 for the experience. I purchase the crab dog toy because I read a review in the paper that said it was one of the best toys for prodigious chewers which my 8 month old labrador is. I gave it to him at the start of a half hour zoom meeting, 20 minutes through I had to take it off him as one of the string legs had come off the main body and foam was coming out of the hole it left and the bias binding came off a claw. So I don't feel it was worth the price paid as it wasn't up to the job.

Customer service is very good although I don't find the product very tough or robust, as advertised.

I was very surprised at how quickly the bowls were delivered since most companies usually take a few days or so, but these were delivered the next day. I'll definitely use Beco directly again rather than waiting for pet shops to supply Beco products because it's so much quicker, cheaper and more efficient.

I wanted some toys for my puppy, so he would chew them rather than me! He prefers Beco rope to other rope toys and really enjoys and plays with all the Beco toys I have bought.
